Please note the order forms are updated about once a week so the quantity available is not always 100% accurate. Please refer to ‘Web Live Inventory’ for the most accurate available quantities.
How to fill out Excel and PDF Order forms: Download the Order Form. you may need to click “Enable Editing” at the top of the page for excel. Please fill out the top yellow bar with your information. The form includes the name of the tree, pot size, caliper, height, quantity we have available and the price. Write the quantity you want of that tree in the yellow ‘Order’ column. Save as an excel file or pdf file and email it to [email protected]. We cannot open ‘.numbers’ files. Please feel free to include any order notes in the email.
(Note: If the billing address and delivery address are different please include both and specify. If you want the invoice made out to someone other than the name in the ‘Name’ box, please specify.)
If you are not able to send us your order via our order forms, send an email to [email protected] with your order including the following information:
Name, Address, Phone, Email, Pickup or Delivery and include the pot size after the name of the tree.
